From 30 November to 2 December delegation of Grenoble Alpes University (UGA) was welcomed in Saint-Petersburg State University of Economics.
From 30 November to 2 December delegation of Grenoble Alpes University (UGA) was welcomed in Saint-Petersburg State University of Economics. Grenoble Alpes University includes Pierre Mendès-France University that successfully cooperates with UNECON more than 20 years implementing Russian-French Bachelor program in Economics and Management.
French delegation includes vice-rector for international relations of Grenoble Alpes University Jérôme Gensel, dean of department of Economics (UGA) Alain Laurent, head of international and distance education in department of Economics (UGA) Faruk Ulgen and coordinator of international projects in department of Economics (UGA) Natacha Collet. During the visit French delegation conducts an official meeting with heads of Saint-Petersburg State University of Economics.
The meeting was devoted to collaboration development of two universities. Rector of Saint-Petersburg State University of Economics Igor Maksimtsev, vice-rector for international relations Dmitry Vasilenko, director of Higher economic school Yana Klementovichus, director of International School of Economics and Politics Natalia Burova participated in this meeting with colleagues from France. Parties discussed issues of ongoing collaboration and other perspectives including realization of Master programs in economics, management and international relations, recommencement of joint supervision of dissertation researches, implementation of scientific researches and publications.
Longstanding, successful collaboration of Russian and French universities aspires to new achievements. One of probable means for it is attracting not only French-speaking but also English-speaking students.
