Applied science has no borders

Exchange European master students and students from MiBA-ToM (Master of international Business Administration, University of Braunschweig - UNECON) have accomplished the project on launching Finnish shoe brand «Palmroth» on Russian market.

Study was going under the course «Strategical analysis». In order to complete the task, mixed student teams had to match several requirements: - explore Russian shoe-market trends, get acquainted with on/offline B2C market structure, gain understanding in import procedures and customs rules, define core competitors. University of Applied Science Haaga-Helia (a Unecon partner university) was co-organisator, while Dr., Prof. Solovjeva Julia was scientific advisor on the place. The winning solution belongs to team with following participants: Stefan Siewert (Germany), Igor Main (Germany), Tomaz Daneu (Italy), Elena Kostogryz (MiBA-ToM). International jury as well highlighted other team work, which Matteo Falcioni (Italy), Lorenzo Nati (Italy), Paul Wilnauer (Germany), Maria Gordeeva (MiBA-ToM) presented.
