UNECON hosted a delegation from Vietnam

On July 5 Unecon hosted a delegation from Vietnam in the frameworks of partner program with Rossotrudnichestvo (Federal Agency for the Commonwealth of Independent States Affairs, Compatriots Living Abroad, and International Humanitarian Cooperation)

In the wings of Russia-Vietnam Bilateral year the professional skills competition for teachers in schools and universities has been announced on the April 1, 2019.

The competition results were summed up on the May 20, 2019. In the nomination "Schools and University Teachers with experience up to 5 years" won a teacher from Magnet Foreign Language School of Hanoi University – Nguyễn Thị Hiền.

In the nomination "Schools and University Teachers with experience more than 5 years" won a teacher from Lê Quy Don Technical University - Lê Thi Tố Hùa.

In the nomination "Schools and University Teachers with experience more than 10 years" won a teacher from Magnet School of Nguyen Hue from Hanoi city - Lê Thị Hiền.

Awarding ceremony was in Russian Center of Science and Culture in Hanoi on June 6 – the Day of Russian Language. The main prize for the 1st place in all nominations is a week-long trip to Russia (to Moscow and Saint-Petersburg)

Tatiana Urzhumtseva – director of Centre for China and Asia-Pacific Region Studies and Oleg Zolotokrylin – Head of International Department at UNECON hosted the guests in Unecon and discussed matters of Russian-Vietnamese cooperation in the field of education, relevancy of Russian culture and language studies popularization in Vietnam, cultural and economic boundaries between countries.
