The Virtual Academy – educational program and the second qualification stage of Youth Day 2024 – was held on 3 June – 15 July 2024.

This year, almost 140 candidates from 30 countries (14 African countries, Russia, Belarus, Bolivia, Vietnam, India, Indonesia, Iraq, Iran, Kazakhstan, Cambodia, Mexico, Syria, Tajikistan, Turkey, Uzbekistan, Philippines) representing about 45 universities took part in the Virtual Academy.

The programme of the Virtual Academy included 6 lectures on different relevant energy topics that were given by leading specialist in the field of energy and IT, as well as academic researchers. In addition, participants completed 3 individual assignments and submitted them for evaluation by experts.

Participants who have successfully completed training in the Virtual Academy and presented all tasks will be awarded with Graduation Certificates. And 30 candidates with the best results have already received an invitation to Youth Day of 13-th St. Petersburg International Gas Forum, which will take place on 8-11 October 2024 in St. Petersburg.
