Project duration: 2019-2021
Project objective: the Project is dedicated to the study and dissemination of knowledge about formation and transformation of identities in the context of mutual influence and change of cultures in the modern world, as well as comparison of the relevant trends in Europe and Russia in historical retrospective and at the present stage.
Source of funding: Erasmus+ Jean Monnet project.
Activities: 6 events are included: 2 international conferences; 2 focus-groups with Russian and European students; 1 roundtable; 1 winter school for HEI teachers. Events are designed to increase knowledge about the problem of social, political and cultural transformation of European and Russian societies, the experience of the EU and Russia in the formation of identity, the role of civil society in the formation of social identity, the features of integration and migration processes in Europe, the significance of intercultural dialogue and cooperation.
